Background

WAKE Alphatropics launched in the U.S. by partnering with Thrill Sports and Cody Matechuk to produce a world record snowbike cliff base jump: 450 feet at nearly 50 mph in Golden, British Columbia. The content from that moment distributes across social, digital, and athlete community channels.

Instead of paid media, WAKE chose premium content creation, athlete storytelling, and record-setting moments designed for organic social engagement. The strategy gives the brand reach across the Thrill Sports network — Nitro Circus, Street League Skateboarding, and Power Slap — without traditional advertising spend.
