About your brand

Brand name ?The consumer facing name on the product, not the legal holding company. If you do not have a name yet, write what you are leaning toward. The name your product sells under, not your holding company.

Website or social link Wherever we can see the brand right now.

The product

Product category * Pick the closest match. If it is a pouch, tell us what the active is.

Key ingredients and doses ?The single most important field for our team. We evaluate regulatory risk, retail channel fit, and Health Canada compliance from this list. Rough doses are fine. List what is in it and how much per unit. If you do not have exact doses yet, say so, we will not penalise you for being early.

Format

Manufacturing status

Product images, can shots, or artwork Optional but helpful. JPG, PNG, or PDF. Up to 3 files, 5MB each. We want to see what you have built.

Where you are now

Distribution stage *

Current monthly revenue Approximate range is enough.

Who is your target customer? Be specific. “Combat sport athletes 18 to 35, training 4+ days a week, no nicotine” tells us more than “health conscious people.”

What does the brand stand for? One or two sentences on the point of view behind it. Why does it exist beyond the product?

What you are looking for

WPG operates two models. Read both before choosing, your selection shapes the conversation.

Model A

Portfolio Entry

WPG acquires an equity stake and takes over operations, distribution, and brand building. You exit day to day execution.

Best fit: Founder who wants to step back, or a brand with strong IP but limited operational capacity.

Model B

You stay independent and keep ownership. WPG plugs in its distribution, infrastructure, and operating engine. You keep running the brand.

Best fit: Founder who wants to retain control, brand with momentum that needs scale.

Not sure yet

Help me decide

You are still figuring out the right path. Tell us where you are and we will help you map it.

Best fit: First time founder or early stage brand who wants an honest read first.

What percentage are you open to selling? Rough range is fine. This is not a negotiation opener, it helps us understand your openness.

Which part of the operation needs the most support?

How you want to work together

Partnership type Pick what sounds closest. We can always talk through a combination.

Primary platform or handle Where most of your audience is.

Approximate audience size

Your niche or content focus e.g. combat sports, outdoor adventure, fitness & recovery, tactical / first responder community

Your channel

Channel type ?This tells us how product moves through your operation, a chain buyer is different from a distributor who serves 200 independents.

Territory / Region ?Province, state, or country. List the primary one first, affects our distribution routing and logistics.

Number of doors ?Doors = individual store locations that would carry product. A chain with 50 locations = 50 doors.

Categories you currently carry What else is on your shelf that our brands would sit next to?

Timeline to first order ?Rough window is fine. Helps us know if this is exploratory or you have an open buy coming up.

Minimum order concern ?We can often work with smaller trial orders for the right partners. Flag it early so we can structure the right first step.

Anything else that helps us understand the opportunity Seasonal buying windows, category restrictions, existing supplier relationships, planogram timing, anything that would affect how we work together.

The partnership

Partnership type ?Pick the closest. A licensing deal and an event activation route to completely different conversations internally, this gets it to the right person faster.

Your company or brand

Website or deck link

Your audience or reach ?How many people does your brand reach and through what channels? Helps us model mutual value before the first call.

What is the idea? * One clear paragraph. What are we building together, who benefits on both sides, and why is WPG the right partner for it?

Desired timeline When would this need to kick off? Any hard dates we should know about?

Your inquiry

Publication or outlet * Where will this appear?

Deadline ?We turn requests around faster when we know your deadline. ASAP is fine if there is no hard date.

What do you need?

Format of the piece

Story angle * The more specific, the faster we respond. Tell us what the story is really about, not just the topic.

About you

Sport or discipline *

Competition level ?We work with athletes at every level. This helps us match the right brand and support type, not every deal requires a professional record.

Primary handle or website * ?Your main public presence, wherever your audience finds you. We look before we respond.

Approximate total following

Agency or management If you are represented, let us know. We can go through them or work directly.

Existing brand deals ?No wrong answer. Helps us identify what fits and what conflicts before we get on a call.

What are you looking for? * Product support, paid ambassadorship, equity deal, content collab, be specific. The more you tell us, the better we can match the right offer.

Your background

Investor type ?An angel and an institutional fund have very different timelines, diligence requirements, and check sizes. This shapes the conversation.

Stage of interest

Typical check size ?Ballpark is fine, not a commitment. Helps us understand the scope of conversation before pulling leadership time.

Relevant portfolio or background CPG, beverage, wellness, or brand building experience helps us tailor the first conversation.

What caught your attention? * What specifically about WPG or its brands led to this outreach? The more context you give, the better the first call will be.
