The work behind WAKE and PULSE showed the same problem from two different markets: independent brands needed one accountable company to connect product, position, operations and market access.
This panel shows who is responsible for the page, when it changed, what supports it and how the current record connects to the next governed movement.
A founder can hire a formulator, designer, marketer and distributor and still be left carrying every decision between them. Wake Pulse Global Inc., operating publicly as WPG Brands, was formed around that gap: a credible product needs one connected company capable of carrying it from promise to market.
Customers, retailers, distributors and partners experience one brand. A campaign cannot compensate for unavailable inventory. Distribution cannot solve unclear positioning. Attention cannot create repeat purchase when the product, channel or customer experience is not ready.
Patrick Sills and Abeer Subhani began developing WAKE through Cannitec Solutions in 2024. The work required decisions about the intended customer, credible product promise, market position, commercial route and operating requirements, not only formulation or packaging.
James Cappellano and the Clocked N’ Loaded team began developing PULSE in the middle of 2025 around performance, ingredient transparency and competitive communities. Its different audience demonstrated that reusable commercial infrastructure should strengthen a brand without making every brand look or sound the same.
At the end of 2025, the Cannitec Solutions and Clocked N’ Loaded teams brought their complementary work together under Wake Pulse Global. Wake Pulse Global Inc. is the Canadian entity, Wake Pulse Global LLC supports United States operations, and WPG Brands is the public operating identity for the company’s brands and commercialization work.
WPG asks who the product serves, what demand exists, what alternatives already own, what the product can truthfully deliver, why a customer would buy it, why a retailer would carry it and whether the company can support the opportunity. More attention is useful only when it can become a customer, order, productive partnership or durable market learning.
For WPG, commercialization is not another word for advertising. It connects product and claims decisions with brand position, finance, inventory, operations, retail readiness, distribution, partnerships, publishing and measurement. The appropriate route depends on the brand and its real market conditions.
Customers need to understand the product, buyers need confidence that the company can support it and partners need to know what they can actually help execute. WPG connects those questions to the same verified facts and next actions, creating one public record that can be understood and trusted.
Independent founders may already have a product, early customers or credibility within a community. Their next constraint is often the cost and complexity of assembling every capability required for growth. A WPG review starts with ownership, product, evidence, margins, inventory, fulfilment, customers, channels and unresolved decisions.
Wake Pulse Global was created around a straightforward belief: independent brands need more than advice and attention. They need an operating company prepared to connect the decisions, stay accountable when those decisions meet the market and give a qualified founder a credible next step.
